At Fleete Express, we strive to ensure every shipment is delivered safely, on time, and as promised. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or claims may apply.

1. Lost Shipments

In line with international courier regulations, the maximum liability for any lost shipment is USD $100 per shipment, unless the sender has purchased additional insurance coverage.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date, along with proof of shipment.

2. Shipment Cancellation

  • If a shipment is cancelled before pickup, no charges apply and a full refund will be issued.
  • If cancelled after pickup but before delivery, Fleete Express will refund the full shipping cost excluding pickup charges and administrative costs already incurred.
  • Any return logistics (sending the shipment back to the sender) will be charged separately.

3. Undelivered Shipments (Receiver Issues)

  • If the recipient refuses delivery or fails to accept the shipment, Fleete Express may attempt a re-delivery at an additional cost.
  • If re-delivery is not possible, return shipping charges will apply before the shipment is returned to the sender.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Pickup and administrative fees (once incurred)
  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees
  • Return or re-delivery costs (if applicable)

5. How to Request a Refund or Claim

To file a refund request or claim, please contact us within the required timeframe with:

  • Shipment tracking number
  • Proof of shipment/payment
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)
