At Fleete Express, we strive to ensure every shipment is delivered safely, on time, and as promised. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or claims may apply.
In line with international courier regulations, the maximum liability for any lost shipment is USD $100 per shipment, unless the sender has purchased additional insurance coverage.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date, along with proof of shipment.
