These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of shipping and logistics services provided by Fleete Express (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or using our services, the customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Fleete Express provides domestic and international courier, cargo, and logistics services. All shipments are subject to these Terms, applicable laws, and international courier regulations.

2. Prohibited Items

  • Illegal, dangerous, or restricted under international transport regulations
  • Currency, precious metals, jewelry, or high-value items (unless pre-approved and insured)
  • Perishable goods requiring refrigeration
  • Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances

If a prohibited item is shipped, Fleete Express reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of the shipment at your cost, and no refund will apply.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate shipment details (recipient name, address, phone, declared contents, and value)
  • Ensuring proper packaging suitable for international transit
  • Complying with customs, tax, and import/export requirements of the destination country

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, additional charges, or non-delivery.

4. Customs Clearance

All shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance. Duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed. Fleete Express is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Fleete Express’ maximum liability for lost shipments is USD $100 per shipment, unless additional insurance has been purchased.
  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by: customs, incorrect information provided by the sender, force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest), or events beyond our control.

Customers are strongly advised to insure shipments of higher value.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Shipments cancelled before pickup: full refund.
  • Shipments cancelled after pickup: refund minus pickup and admin costs (see Refund Policy).
  • Undelivered shipments due to refusal or unavailability of recipient: re-delivery or return costs will be charged separately.

7. Fees and Charges

  • All shipping charges must be paid in full before dispatch, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
  • Additional costs (duties, taxes, storage, re-delivery, return logistics) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

8. Data Protection

We handle customer data in line with our Privacy Policy [link]. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., missed deadlines, lost business opportunities)
  • Delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure
  • Shipments containing prohibited or improperly declared goods

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, Pakistan].

11. Changes to Terms

Fleete Express may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “last updated” date.
